This workout is really designed for the busy person who has a tough time
squeezing in a workout during the normal workday or on business travel.
This is considered more of an Intermediate workout than a beginner workout, but
the repetitions and time of workouts can be altered to fit your fitness level.
Also if you feel this workout is too tough for you, I will send the 45 Day
Beginner for free - which starts out at only 20 minutes a day of physical
activity.
