FitDeck Jr. is an ever-changing 50-card exercise regimen for kids. Each card contains illustrations and instructions describing 50 different upper, middle, lower and full body exercises.

Based on the original FitDeck, 'FitDeck Jr.. targets children ages 5 . 16 years old. The exercises call for basic body movements and require no equipment.

The cards are colorful and fun and the exercises have kid-friendly names like 'Inchworm., 'Snow Angels., 'Flamingo. and 'Red Rover..

Also included is a booklet with 70 FitDeck Jr. Games that can be played alone, with a friend, parent, teacher, or in a large group setting.
