• Teach you the complete CrossFit training system, including Olympic lifts, Kettle Bells and high-intensity constantly varied functional movements
• Prepare you for the unknown, and teach you to be fit across a broad spectrum of skills including Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, power, speed, agility, balance, flexibility and accuracy
• Develop mental toughness through the principal of Kokoro - developing your indomitable warrior spirit
• Test your level of competence on the Navy SEAL Physical Screening Test
• Introduce you to Warrior Yoga, our unique program of martial yoga
• Teach you principals of Teamwork, Leadership and Humility, as well as useful skills such as night orienteering and awareness

This program will challenge and inspire you to meet your true self. Not for the faint of heart or physically weak. We aim to show you, through experience, what Navy SEALs endure to complete the most challenging physical and mental training program in the world.
