**Get the boot used in Navy SEAL BUD/S training! **

The Bates 922 Tropical SEALs Durashock is built to perform like no other boot. Rugged leather/Cordura® nylon uppers are durable and long lasting. Bates DuraShocks outsole utilizes patented compression pads which absorb shock while returning energy back up through the feet and legs. Durashocks weigh only a third as much as rubber which will help keep you light on your feet. Slip-resistant outsoles ensure you'll keep your footing on slick surfaces.

The 922 is built with Direct Attach Construction, a propriety process that bonds the outsole system directly to the uppers. This makes the 922 remarkably flexible and durable.

The boot is great.Ultra light and superior comfort.The boot is narrow so if you have flat feet or wide feet go with a wide.The boot is about 3/4 to one size smaller than your shoe size.I'm an 8.5 in running shoes so I grabbed 7.5.Perfect size,just a bit too narrow.

I just got my boots yesterday and i started running in them and the comfort and support they give is outstanding. Even after running in them you feel less fatigued in these boots than in other running sneakers. This is overall a great product and if i were to buy it again i'd do it in a heartbeat

The effectiveness of these boots in reduing the foot and lower extremity fatigue one usually experiences is remarkable. In addition, the design of the soles is very effective in its ability to reduce the usual concerns with operating in slippery environments thereby allowing more focus on the mission at hand.
