A real path to elite fitness. April 28, 2013

Anyone new to CrossFit or fitness that takes a look at SEALFIT is going to be overwhelmed and will most likely walk away.  8 Weeks give the reader a realistic chance of obtaining their goals if they follow the plan.  Some may have to move forward slower, repeat a few early weeks, but with the right mentality (described in the book) people can make incredible advances. This is for elite fitness, not a casual walk in the park.

This is a scam. Charged but no product. March 14, 2013

Please be careful when ordering from this website. After placing an order for $62 on February 16 (including shipping), I have waited almost a month with no word of my items. It has been charged to my credit card and has cleared. Think you can resolve this by contacting customer service? Think again. You can try calling dozens of times over the last month, as I did, but the line is always busy. They tell you to leave a message, but the answering machine is always full. You can try emailing them as well, but good luck getting a response. I certainly never did.

Please save your money. Order from this company at your own risk, as they are either unable or unwilling to ship your items. Nor will they be available to resolve the issue. They're very capable of taking your money though, as I found out to my regret.

Excellent Book November 20, 2012

I found myself stuck in a rut and wanted to try something new without having to do tons of research while I was deployed.  

This book makes planning your training easy, incorporates team training, and helps one take that look inward.  

I recommend this book if you are serious about training and self-improvement.

Good, but could be Better August 8, 2012

First thing I noticed about the book right away was the quality of construction. For $25 I expect the book to be of great quality, with nice paper, nice colorful photos, and excellent formatting. It lacks all of that. With that in mind I don't think the book should really be any more than $15 tops.

However, the content of the book is amazing and provides a water hose of information ranging from mental toughness, to information on food and fitness that is all then culminated in an 8 week SEALFIT program, which is no cakewalk.

If you're looking for a great place to start your training and start on a road to fitness excellence, this book will help you do so.
